    When I did the BIG oct update I: selected UPDATE ALL. IT WIPPED OUT All my info and
    I called support and a guy allen in long island new said NEW EVER USE THE UPDATE
    ALL function as it corrupts the system asked him to disable that function and he said
    he can not. He reentered all my info and redid the system so far its been ok. lttle slow
    though
